Poddar in the year 1999 has been providing consultancy for Heating, Ventilation & Air-conditioning System for various type of projects. The Principal consultants Mr. Pravin Thakur & Mr. Suman Kr. Poddar are graduate Mechanical Engineers & have almost 17 to 21 years of experience in the design of HVAC Projects.

We started providing complete M&E (Mechanical, Electrical& BMS) consultancy services in the year 2006 onwards. This facilitates one point responsibility for better co-ordination of various services with architects & gives more fruitful results in terms of optimization of space, capital investment, running cost & approval from government authorities. Before 2006, we were providing electrical consultancy through our associates.

Mr. Arun Kumar is a graduate electrical engineer in our team having 16 years of experience in designing & executing electrical projects.

Training has specific goals of improving one's capability, capacity, and performance. The purpose of a Training Plan is to identify the work to be carried out to achieve agreed objectives. For the rest of this topic I will concentrate on the development of the short term annual Training Plan.
